FIG & OLIVE opened on March 2nd, 3rd and 4th its first Coast location with three special and glamorous evenings in the presence of Couture and Fashion Houses from Italy, France, and Spain alongside our partner, Moët & Chandon Champagne. FIG & OLIVE’s Executive Chef Pascal Lorange along with visiting Michelin-star chefs from the South of France will prepare special dishes and menus to introduce Angelenos to the restaurant – all while taking in the sophisticated music that will be spin by the restaurant’s resident DJ Julien Nolan from the South of France.
The Mayor of Mougins, South of France, Michelin – star Chefs Sebastien Chambru from Moulin de Mougins, and Serges Gouloumes from Mas Candille will be present to celebrate the Opening of FIG & OLIVE. They will also officially invite California’s Top Chefs and Young Talents to attend the September 2011 Edition of “Les Etoiles de Mougins” which gathers 100 of the best chefs around the world each year in the South of France.
