Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our web site.
Fig & Olive accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We do not ship C.O.D. Sales taxes
will automatically be added to any applicable purchase.
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt. We will do everything possible to re-route orders for timely delivery but cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following:
- Delayed deliveries due to weather or other "Acts of God"
- Incorrect addresses
- Unopened shipments (all boxes are clearly marked "FIG & OLIVE")
- Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their shipment. Please notify recipient of the pending arrival of goods.
It takes 1 to 2 business days to receive and process your order.
Orders placed after 2 pm will be automatically shipped the following business day, Monday - Friday, unless you have specified a future ship date.
During December and other peak periods, we may require several days to process and deliver your order and will inform you of any unusual delays.
We ship all packages with Signature Release. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur additional charges and may require an additional day in transit.
Your goods are packaged in secure cartons and each item is individually bubble wrapped to ensure protection. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.
We guarantee the quality of our oils. If you have a problem with a products quality, please call 212 924 1200 x22 and we will review your claim. In some cases refunds can be given if customer returns product in question.
Due to seasonal availability and supply limitations, we may need to substitute items within gift selections. We always compose gift selections with alternative ingredients of equal or greater quality and value.
All e-mail addresses and personal information (such as name, address, credit card number, etc.) are transmitted in an encrypted form for your protection. All information is collected for our use only; FIG & OLIVE protects this information both online and offline.
Your one-time charge includes the cost of membership and monthly shipping charges. If you have purchased Olive Oil of the Month Club as a gift, we will send you a welcome letter for your recipient so you can mail or present it as you wish.
Olive Oil of the Month shipments leave the fourth week of every month.
Gift cards are redeemable at all FIG & OLIVE locations for dining, beverage or retail items. Currently, gift cards are not redeemable online, but will be soon.
All gift cards are mailed out via USPS First-Class Mail upon receipt of your order.
A personalized gift note can be included with all of our products at no extra charge. Please be sure to include a signature!
