Throughout Chris’s career within the Hospitality Business, he has authored and developed strategies around brands and people on a multi-unit and international scale. Leading by example Chris is well versed in mentoring, coaching and leading teams to peak performance. A dual citizen of Canada and the United States Chris has opened 75 Restaurants throughout North America in Senior Executive positions with iconic Companies such as Darden Restaurant’s, Service Inspired Restaurants ( SIR Corp) and B.F. Saul Hospitality Group. Chris has lead Senior teams of 15, General Manager teams of 50 and employee teams of 2,500 where leadership focus, strategic plans and balanced budgets are paramount.
Joining Fig and Olive in 2017 Chris has focusses that include building teams, enhancing the service culture and maximizing efficiencies within the Restaurants through specific and passionate agenda’s. Chris lives in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife Laurel and loves cooking and entertaining with his family in his leisure time and of course being from Canada Chris loves Hockey.
